Personalized Learning In North Dakota

A Network Supporting Personalized Learning Across North Dakota

Who We Are

We are a statewide network of educators, coaches, and leaders committed to advancing personalized, competency‑based learning in North Dakota. Through personalized, student‑centered learning approaches, students build agency, engagement, and ownership of their learning. Educators often report greater clarity around learning goals, deeper relationships with students, and a renewed sense of professional purpose.

Who Should Join

NDPLN welcomes educators at every stage of their personalized learning journey, from those who are simply curious to those actively implementing new approaches. There is no single entry point. Educators can start by listening, observing, connecting, or trying something small and grow from there.
