About the event
Building Agency Through Proficiency Scales. Join educators and leaders from across North Dakota to explore how proficiency scales and a shared understanding of what learners need to know and be able to do can empower learners to take greater ownership of their learning. Participants will experience personalized learning in action through a choice of site visits to South Elementary or Horace High School and engage in breakout sessions designed to translate ideas into practice. A dedicated leadership strand will help leaders consider how to create the conditions for learner agency and efficacy to thrive.
