Professional Learning
Our Focus
The North Dakota Personalized Learning network hosts professional learning workshops with support from The North Dakota Hub for Innovative Education and Personalized Learning. We are building a community of local coaches who are equipped to support district learning cycle teams and expanding our connection with leaders and educators across the state. We support:
-
District Implementation/Systems Coaching: providing support to districts ready to shift their system to a PL model
-
Leadership Development: strengthening learning opportunities and coaching support during workshops, site visits and learning cycles
-
Learner Leadership: piloting a student learning cycle that includes a common understanding of PL, mapping of current experiences, and tools to advocate for PL
-
Coaching Community: establishing and growing a community of leaders and educators who can coach learning cycles
Stay connected with NDPLN for workshops, learning cycles, site visits, and collaborative learning opportunities throughout the 2026–27 school year. Mark your calendars and check back for details.
